There is a subtle difference, the image is about 1280px wide and is centred (to cover this problem at smaller screen sizes), look at the image sides it does no match the Safari version which is true edge to edge.
In IE the image shows (wrongly) centred at exact 1280px size ~ not 100% width of the browser.

Tried it in netrenderer with 7/8 a few times and it looks fine.

Hmmm. OK, I’m not saying this will work but try giving the parent div
a width of 100%, in this case I believe it’s the FW-generated PageDiv.
