3 Questions to the softpress team – checked the Softpress Site :O)

  1. Since many years I’am registered FWPro User. Why can I not download the update manually to 5.5.2? It accepts neither my Serial Number nor my E-Mail.

  2. Why is the Update Check in 5.5.1 not working?

  3. When I try to send Softpress an E-Mail here:

http://www.softpress.com/downloads/freeway55updates/

the link on the right is invalid.

When I use the E-Mail link on the top, 3 separate mail windows open up … :D. Is it on me?

Apologies for the broken link. I’ve just fixed it and it should now
take you to the main contact page;

I’m not sure why you are seeing 3 mail windows opening when you click
on the main email link at the top of the page. What browser are you
using?
Feel free to contact me directly (I’ve CC’d you so you can see my
email address) and I’ll try and sort this out for you.

On the matter of your upgrade please contact support who will guide
you through the update process and locate your correct serial number.
