Just upgraded to the lates version, now all my ‘Pic to Lightbox’
actions no longer work on my site.
Is this something that has come up for others?

The problem was with me, not the application. As soon as I forced the
site to republish everything worked ok.
Basically I had been messing around with the actions.

If upgrading the application does in fact break actions requiring them
to be reloaded. How are we to keep a check on this. I have around
20-30 sites that require updates throughout the year, and I certainly
wouldn’t be able to check all the different actions on all the sites.

To be honest: 5.4.2 is buggy.

Sorry - what is “lense”?
Issue 2: if you use any of the new effects for tricks such as fading
rollovers then your page will include the required code library that
makes this possible. Your 100KB size increase is consistent with this
sort of thing. This isn’t a bug, it is a fact of life - something
you’d have to face whether you used Dreamweaver or BBEdit, too.

One click selects it for me. Note that selecting it isn’t meant to
make a zoom happen - you need to click within the document window to
do that.
(BTW, you can drop the second ‘e’ in “lens”.
