See the Flash butterfly right column? Its not behaving right - nor is any of the other .swf files see under PARKS - only in Chrome (PC and MAC) - is this a Chrome thing or can I do something to sort?
I removed the Externalise action form a page but no luck and I have just added WebYep to a test page but can’t see how that would affect anything…
It it’s just the flapping butterfly, and animations of that kind, then you could use HTML, JavaScript and CSS. The Target Image Action can handle all of this for you.
If you want more sophisticated animations, then Hype will build the necessary JavaScript, HTML and CSS. You can import these into your Freeway document with my handy Hype Actions.
The beauty of both of these is that your animations will show on iOS as well as desktop Actions. Hype’s scripts also degrade gracefully, so any anything that won’t work in a browser will just now show, and you’ll get a warning as you publish the HTML too.
Thanks Paul - I use all the above when I can for sure… though not being an animator and a tight budget - it was essential that butterfly looked real - I like using the Flash cause of the amazing stock you can find out there and iOS just ignores it… so if implemented well its not a biggy
Your butterfly, bubbles and dust all look great on my Chrome, Safari, and Firefox (Mac). I’d like to tell you how they look on the PC, too, but it just locked up and I can’t get it going again. It’s a temperamental piece of junk that I only use for viewing websites … when it allows me to.
