A problem with circles and rectangles

I’m using version 3.0 on a dual G5 PowerMac running 10.4.11. I’m
having a problem.

I draw a rectangle and then place several circles (the first is drawn
by holding down the shift key whilst dragging, using the ellipse
tool, the others are created by drag-copying from the first). I then
save the file to the desktop. If I open it up again, the circles
have all moved from where they were placed. This makes the package
less than hugely useful!

If I ‘save as’ a PDF, all works okay.

Works fine here.
But then I am running 2.9.7 under 10.4.11 on a dual 1 GHz PowerPC G4.

There’s a bug in version 3.0 related to ovals and arcs being moved after being resized. This is fixed in version 3.0.1.

Okay, thanks Nick - I’ll upgrade to 3.0.1!
