Pardon my ignorance, I have no idea where to find how to do this, or if it can be done in Freeway 4.
Many websites I have seen which showcase pics or movies on a different page, (no, I’m not making a porn site) use a strip of images (keyframes in the case of video) which move side to side or up and down and link to another page with the full size image or movie. Touching the strip with the mouse make it scroll. Clicking on one image makes it link.
Many ad agency sites have this, and if done in a way which is easy to navigate, is a cool way to present multiple images as reference to bigger samples. So it would be done on the Print page, Video page etc.
So, can this be done easily, and how?
WARNING: I am a sometimes user, please keep EASY as an important stipulation. Thanks!
Well, a lot of these that I have seen are done in Flash, so that’s
certainly one way. Another would be to use the Carousel Action to
create the sliding thing. Note that this will not allow you to scroll
by dragging, but rather you would have arrows or other graphic
buttons at either side to make the middle bit scroll.
