What does this message mean and what should I do to fix it.

When you use or create an image in FW it is named in the inspector item 1, item 1a etc.
You can select any item on your page and change its Title to something more appropriate because the Title info is used as default to create your Alt Text - or you can just put more descriptive info in the Alt Text box (again in Inspector).
So if you have imported DCO197.jpg (a picture of a building taken at night) then as default, your Alt Text would be DCO197 - which is meaningless as far as Accessibility goes. Instead change the Alt Text to something like skyscraper at night ie a description of the image.
