If you are trying to test the AddThis code on your desktop – either in Freeway’s preview mode or the Preview in Browser mode – then it will not ever work. Their code relies on “prefix-less” URLs to account for HTTP and HTTPS server environments in a single code-base. As such, it fails utterly to work when it finds a file:/// URL such as those used for internal previews.

I have tried using the Add This Action and using the code from the AddThis website in an html markup item without joy.
Did you try the Action from your server? It should work from there. Don’t mix and match using the Action and adding the library using the hand-code method you used. Try the Action on another page, all by itself, and see if it works. It should.

Hi Walter.
Thanks. I took a punt on where to add the code to the HTML markup - Before - and it is working when published.
