Adding Content Not Connected to the Site

In another thread, I went blathering on about html emails. Well, now we are going to create them.

How can I upload the page and it’s components when I’m done? Can I do it as part of the site it pertains to or is it possible to upload it in a completely different folder on the main site?

Do I need a separate Page and Resource folder?

Either way is fine, it really doesn’t matter. I’ve just put it in its
own folder in the Freeway document with no public links to it (unless
they were wanted), then typed the URL manually in Safari.
