Adobe CS

Is there any financial benefit to buying a CS4 bundle opposed to the
individual apps with regard to upgrade pricing? I thought I heard
about noteworthy differences in Adobe’s upgrade pricing/requirements
between bundles and individual apps, though I may be wrong.

Thanks,

Todd

If you have only (as an example) Photoshop 9, then it seems interesting to buy an upgrade to a complete CS4 bundle. The problem is; you can’t go back and upgrade next year an individual application.
So, once using a bundle you can’t go back and the following upgrades are more expensive, you have to upgrade the whole bundle. :frowning:

I have a problem with the bundles. You end up paying for things you never use. Although the bundle apps upgraded separately may seem more, for me the extra cost of the bundle that includes things I don’t care to use seems a waste.

Although if you DO use three major apps from one of these bundles it
would cost more to get them individualy. Adobe has set the suite
pricing quite carefully.
