I still say a single image of two birds flying around a central point (the centre of the images). Each one at 180 degrees of each other around an imagined circular path. Then rotate that image (around a central point) and make the image smaller as it rotates.

Only think I see that cant be done is image rotation. That just means I will rotate several images in PSD and save …
