I know that this has been asked before, but I could not find the thread.
I have a picture that a client wants 2 hummingbird pins to circle around and get smaller as it goes into the center.
best way PSD so there is not flash?

You could use Hype (from the app store) to create the animation. Not all the animation types will work in all browsers but at least it’s not Flash.

Only think I see that cant be done is image rotation. That just means I will rotate several images in PSD and save …
the client wants them to go in a circle … like they are flying into the center of the flower Ugh.

Also, not rotating in place but around and getting smaller as getting closer to the center… (FYI)

I still say a single image of two birds flying around a central point (the centre of the images). Each one at 180 degrees of each other around an imagined circular path. Then rotate that image (around a central point) and make the image smaller as it rotates.
