Am I reading the web browsers statistics right, that IE 7 is quite a bit ahead of IE 6? I recently was looking at this page and was surprised how low IE 6 had gotten and that it was basically tied with IE 7.

This is very good news, IMNSHO. IE 7 ain’t perfect, but IE 6 is just plain terrible!
