another video question - .mp4 & .flv in FW

Hey Joe Billings and anyone else

I have a few questions

which format is best for websites? flv or Quicktime?

I have a 3 min you tube video I download as flv

and put it in my media folder, now I need to upload to a website I am building…Please help

Hi Carla,
Well according to this document over at Adobe;

Flash runs on 99% of all web browsers and 65.5% for QuickTime. Having said that
if your audience are 100% Mac users then they will all have QT installed.

Ok Tim

Thanks I have succesfully uploaded the you tube video and it plays great but there is one glitch. There are other videos attached to that one like 15 videos which I do not want to play on the site.
what can I do to redo this and only have one chosen video to play.

Hi again

so here is what I did I uploaded a video to a new account on You tube and I customized to not show related videos…

and then it said to copy and paste the embedded file but where? as on the Freeway actions you can only paste the URL of the video .
so I am lost without your help
