Any Flash Pros Out There?

I have a .fla file from included with a script that I downloaded. I need to change a color in the file. The instructions from the creator of the files said to do this to cheange the color:

Please open Pages.fla file. Enter into frontShadow MC and enter again into frontShadowIn MC. Select item and change color value.

I have no idea what any of that means. I have Flash CS4, but have never used it. Is there a way someone can instruct me on how to make this change?

I’m not sure what “enter into” means or where I would do it.

Thanks.

The MC is a movie clip that is somewhere on your stage it possibly has
its own timeline to help you identify it. When you find it you need to
double click the movie clip to enter, then inside that movie clip find
the movieclip frontshadowIn click once on this and then edit its
colour in the palette according to your instructions, very difficult
when I cant see the file. If you get stuck feel free to mail me and
ill help you out.

Great. Thanks a lot.

After looking at the file again I see it’s a SWF, not a .fla. so, there’s not much I can do unless I get the .fla.

This was a free version of this code and the paid version gives you source files.

But, if I do get the paid version, I’ll still need to alter the file, so thanks again for the instructions!
