There is no code for the Nav Popup on this page - what other actions have you used here that might be causing a conflict?

Sorry for the delay in reply david and thank you for replying.
I have so much on the page using Expression Engine and embedding html. As for actions I think I only have ESS use external style sheet. I just made a blank page and removed the ESS action and uploaded here

I looked at the code but its not in there. Maybe its something I am not doing in the action.

Nope it is not there either.

Can you see it in preview?

In the HTML item Properties inspector, is the Publish Checkbox ticked?

No nothing in Preview, nothing from the published page in BBedit Published is checked. The version is 2.3

My version is 2.3.1 but I don’t know if that is significant!

I just created a new site and pasted the nav pop up into it and it works. I changed the name to php it still worked.

Well the only other thing that I can think of if you tried it on a virgin page in the first site is the HTML output choice ie 4.0.1 Transitional, 4.0.1 Strict, XHTML etc.

What is that set to in the new site where it worked and is that the same as the old site where it didn’t?
