Any way to use a video as a Target Image?

Is there any way I could use a short video as a Target Image in Target
image 60?

I know that I could use an animated GIF as a Target Image

No, but you could make it a Target Show/Hide Layer. A movie is a more
complex thing than an image, and so the browser needs help to display
it. An image can be linked to directly.
