Anyone in touch with Have-Host?

I submitted a (then) urgent Ticket to James on 1st Jan and another one a couple of days ago and haven’t heard a squeak. Anyone have any info please?

I submitted a not-too-important ticket 2 months ago and I never heard
back either. Don’t know who is minding the store these days.

No, but in my case it wasn’t a critical situation.

Thanks for that Joe, no I didn’t. The issue at the time was urgent, but I have managed to resolve it with another’s help. But it doesn’t look as though his Ticket service is being picked up. I’ll send him a mail just to sure he’s okay.

I’ve been waiting for him to get back to me for 2-3 months now, for a
Joomla permissions problem. I’ve decided to put the live site
elsewhere as a result.
