Attaching a file via form

I have to create a form that the used fills out and then attaches their CV then clicks submit to send the form details and attached file to me.

Is this easy to do out-of-the-box or will I need to delve deeper?

How about PowerForm formmailer at TOBIAS EICHNER IT + CONSULTING - Information Technology Is Our Universe !

I made such forms by myself previously in Freeway, so it works.
