Blogger actions and the Box Model

Hi everyone, I have created a site (http://www.scribblebusiness.co.uk) for a client using the box model and the client does all the updating himself (he is reasonably comfortable with HTML and CSS)

He now would like me to set up a blog page for him and I would like to know if I can use the blogger actions on a page like the ones I have already created. I know that the actual elements in the blogger actions have to be table items but is there anyway I can ‘mix’ the two?

I have tried to insert the actions in the main page but I am getting unpredictable results to say the least.

Is this issue with Google or with the action itself?

Many thanks

Mark

If you have a box model layout already in place you can just place the Blogger elements inside the layout as table or layer-based items. Alternatively, you could make all your items layers (not box model) and use the Relative Page Layout Action.

The main reason we recommended using table based items for Blogger was because it’s an easy way to make sure content grows and shrinks according to the number of posts you have. This also happens with a box model layout (or one using the RPL Action) so you’ll be fine!

Hope this helps,
Joe
