Borders around target images

I want to apply a border around a target image, which displays OK one the first image but not for the others loaded in behind it. ANy help?

Instead of a target Image why not target a layer and style your graphic box accordingly.

No - applied to individual layers

If you are using Target show/hide layer then each of your images can be in its own graphic box styled whatever way you want it.
