We tried to open a file this morning and got the message: “Can’t complete this command. This font is unknown.”
As far as we know, we haven’t changed any fonts since this file was created last year. We did upgrade to Intaglio v. 3.4.2 recently. But trying to open the file with the old v. 3.2 returned the same results.
Is there any way to open this file?
We’re running OS 10.6.8 on a Mac Mini with 6GB of RAM.
