Can't open FW file

Hi

I’ve just had my external hard drive fail that had my Freeway files on.

I’ve been able to move the Freeway folder on to my desk top from my back up drive but when I try to open any of the files, l get an error message saying that it’s the wrong version of Freeway being used.

Two questions. Why is this and How do I open the file, so I can carry on working on them.

Any help would be helpful.

Try opening the version of Freeway you want to use, and then drag one of these files on top of its icon in the Dock (or use File / Open within Freeway to try to open it).

Hi Walter

I can open FW >Open >websters_delights.freeway but it still comes up with the same message - ‘The file could not be opened with this version of Freeway Pro.’

I can open a NEW file, no problem.

I’m on Freeway v6.1.2(6827)

Lost every thing on drive. SuperDuper back up didn’t work?? Have to find a way of getting information off the drive.
