can't upload? suggestions?

With the FW upload window open:

server: www.newagemedia.info
directory: In this case godaddy.com requires “/” only
user name; bla
password: bla
web address: http://www.newagemedia.info

I hit upload, and this appears;
“cannot connect becuase server is not responding”

Godaddy.com asks for the following to upload:
ftp login: bla
password: bla
host: ftp://newagemedia.info
server: http://newagemedia.info

I’m kinda lost–is there specific info in the knowledgebase to get me up there–or? Thanks for helping if you can!

Uploading with Freeway can be aided sometimes by choosing whether Passive FTP mode is checked or not.

If it is then try it unchecked and vice versa. Have you got the right directory path as well - usually something like /public_html

For your site I would try

server:www.newagemedia.info

directory:/public_html or just /

username: yourusername

password: yourpassword

web address: www.newagemedia.info
