How do I implement a captcha or something like that in this website?

I found Simple Javascript CAPTCHA | SourceFirst

Is this something I can implement?

Mike Brackenridge wrote the easiCaptcha action to do exactly this http://easibase.com/easiCaptcha/index.php - it is not free but worth the few $ if you feel you need such a thing.

There is a bundle that includes easiForm and easiCaptcha

There’s also the free FormMail script available from http://www.tectite.com/ which comes with a captcha module that can be quite easily integrated with it. This FormMail script has strong anti-spam features unlike some other scripts using the same name.
