Carousel images not sliding

Just fell in love with the carousel actions, have been wanting to
create sliders for a long time!
However: I have four pane groups with carousel tabs to navigate. They
switch nicely between panes, but do not slide. The switch is
instantaneous, like a slave image.
Anyone know what I might be missing?

You need to add a Carousel Button/s to get the slide. You have added Carousel Tabs instead.

Actually, try grouping the controls with the Carousel. That should get your glide back.

So: group Carousel panes, then apply Carousel action. And then group
with the Carousel tabs?
When I do, all the grouped graphics disappear altogether…

Check to make sure that all elements are layers, and also that each
pane is either a group or a nested (parent-child) construction or an
inline construction. If you would, click on the outermost group (the
one you made around the Carousel and its controls) and then click on
the header above the site pane in Freeway until it reads Page rather
than Site. Take a screenshot of the site pane then and post it
somewhere on a Web server and send us a link to it. I can tell a lot
more about your construction technique if you do that. Also, there’s a
demo file here that you can download and dissect: <http://scripty.walterdavisstudio.com/carousel/coda.freeway.zip

I got it simply by re-reading the instructions on your site. My
mistake was applying the carousel action after grouping the panes with
the tabs.
Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge and the fruits of your
labor, I have been away from the list for a while, and almost
forgotten what a great community this group of Freeway users is.
Quick Q: will the Smooth Scrolling action work on an iphone?

The Smooth Scroll Action has major problems in IE, but I haven’t tested it in iPhone. It should work – it’s just WebKit.
