I’ve gotten Carousel to work fine; however, sometimes, when I restart the computer the Carousel stops working. I’ve gotten it back up and running a couple times, usually by fiddling with the actual action placement in the application support folder. Now I’m stuck. Any ideas?

If you put all your FW actions into the HD>LIbrary>Application Support>etc Folder
rather than ~user>Library>Application Support…
then your actions will be available to all users of your machine.
Maybe you are having a problem with your user account?
Once the action is installed in the correct place then moving it should not be necessary.
