When I try to upload, everything says successful when passively uploading. But the new pages I’ve added aren’t showing up. It’s not a cache issue, the new page html files aren’t appearing in my directory/folder in godaddy when I upload. Sorry, I’m not sure about the terminology, I just know it’s not working. When I click non-passive for uploading, I get an error message indicating that Freeway Pro won’t use an IP address that seems to be a private router, not associated with my computer or internet. There was a series of numbers at the bottom of the error window that may be an error code:
-26370:625:1220
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can get the pages online by dragging the html files from the folder onto my computer and placing them on godaddy myself, but I want the convenience of just hitting upload and having all of my new pages and changes appear.
It sounds as though you may have the wrong address for your upload. Where did you get that address from?

If you turn on Save Log in the Upload dialog, you can see exactly where the files are going.
Logs are saved in a Logs folder in your user Library folder. The user Library folder is normally hidden, but you can get to it from the Go menu in the Finder if you hold down the Option (Alt) key.
Once you’ve saved a log, you could send it to me at email@hidden
Your password is blanked out in the log, but your user name isn’t (and it might also be possible to infer it from the directory listings) so you probably shouldn’t post it in a public forum.
It’s often instructive to try using a stand-alone SFTP application like (30-day trial) Panic Transmit or (free) CyberDuck. Use that to connect to your server (often the instructions you get from your hosting provider will make more sense that way anyway, since they assume you are using one of these apps). See if you can navigate between directories on the server, or if you even see the directories you expect to see (public_html or whatever it is called on your server). If that works, and Freeway does not, then toggling between Automatic, Passive, and Non-Passive will often clear up the problem in Freeway. If that also does not work, then a support ticket to your hosting provider will probably be required, and you’ll be able to explain the problem in generic terms they will understand, rather than the specialist language preferred by Freeway.

Thanks for your offer to help. Unfortunately as I tried to do this, I began getting a new error message:
Cannot complete upload because an operation timed out. [421 Home directory not available - aborting]
At this point I’ve quadruple checked all of my input is correct, so I assume it’s got to be a problem with Godaddy or Freeway Pro? Any ideas?
