Click-dropdown menu

I’d like to know if Freeway can create a clickable drop-down menu such as on the site: http://www.buttercupbakeshop.com/cookbook.html

when you click either East Side or West side, a sub menu drops down (stays down unless East side or west side is clicked again and it closes.)

can this be done in freeway?

I’ll give it a try. If I can do it with graphics, it will be perfect.
But, not sure that all elements can be graphics according to the action explanation. I’ll find out.
