I am having an increasing number of clients wanting to have access to their websites so they can make weekly updates to files. I am losing business to these clients. Is there a way to do this in Freeway? I know it is possible in other programs because people tell me they can. Suggestions?

I have my clients use NVU for updates they want.

Go here and click the big red type:
http://www.craneorchards.com/fruit.html

They change the stuff on the pop up window.

Hi Clark,

One thing to consider is that you do need your sites to use HTML text if you want your client to be able to edit them. If I look in your web site portfolio, I can’t see any site that has searchable text, its all gif text.

Please don’t take this as a criticism, your sites designs look really good, but you’re potentially doing a very big disservice to your clients by not having any searchable HTML text in your web site designs. Now this may be the real reason why you’re losing clients, as other web designers could point that out to them as a major issue.
