Combining Scroll Down Menus

How can I combine “scrollies”

First I choose (maybe via scroll down):

On the left side a Car (Audi, BMW, Jeep etc.)

On the right side then appears the matching type: (Q5, Q7 ((not as picture))) I prefer in a window.

I don’t have access to the original stuff at the mo.

There are also solutions out there using chained menu/list selectors
