I have two websites built in Freeway5 which I need to combine into one. Can this be done and if so how?

Update your subscriptions at:

If you open them side-by-side, you can select individual pages in one
site in the Site panel, copy to the clipboard, then switch to the
other site and paste. The pages will come in with their filenames
messed up (if you had made custom filenames using the inspector), but
everything else about the pages will come along for the ride.
