You can handle this yourself. Just go to the “Update your subscriptions at: link” at the bottom of this message, and you can remove yourself from any and all lists with a few clicks.

If you are viewing this on the Web, just go to the My Profile tab, which is where you would go if you clicked the link in the e-mail.
