When ever I set up a contact form all is ok until I choose Page Actions then send form. Then I get the yellow Freeway icon over on the Contact page itself and not on any items inside the page.
Anybody have an idea why that is? Is there a place to find what that yellow icon error means?

That’s not an error – it means you have applied an Action to the page. I usually refer to them here as “cog badges”. You will see one on any element you have applied an Action to, and for the page, you will see it in the Site pane on the page name.

Personally I use a Table for form construction - keeps everything together - and then apply the action to the table itself.
