Contact Form won't work with gmail addresses

I recently moved my email from Dreamhost to Google Apps. My contact form, when filled out visitors with non-gmail accounts comes through great, but gmail visitors do not come through. Is there a way to set up the form so that Google Apps accepts these? Anyone else had this problem?
Thanks,
Kristin

This is usually caused by your contact form being set up to use the person who enters their e-mail address in the form as the “sender” of that message. Try changing the configuration of your form so that it sends all of the messages from an address that is actually on your Web server. That’s going to be safest. If you’re using PHP Feedback Form, then simply change the name of the form field from email to something (anything) else. You’ll get the sender’s address in the body of the message, along with the rest of your form elements. If you’re using the Softpress Email Form Action, then there is a control to choose which field you want the message to come from, and a field where you can enter an address to use instead of one of the fields in the form.
