I’ve been trying to contact Purgatory design about a licence difficulty. I am using email@hidden and I am getting bounced. Has the company changed hands or something? Any wisdom as to how to get in touch with them? I’m a long-time Intaglio user and would like to continue using it!

I have also tried to contact the developer at the support email address. After seven days, I finally got a bounce message. I followed my first query with some additional data a few days later, so perhaps I’ll get a second bounce message soon.
Is anyone sure that Purgatory Design is still operating?

Nothing of course is sure but I think that it is/was a one-man
operation. If so . . .

Good news. There was apparently some email trouble, but, after writing again, I got a prompt response from the developer. He’s still working.
