I am looking to make it possible for a client to upload PDF files online as well as putting in text. As far as I can see, WebYep will do this but am just looking for confirmation before committing myself to the client.
And as a related question, since I am just starting out with CMS, is WebYep my best option for Freeway?
Morning Colin (or evening, afternoon, middle of the night, wherever you may be),
Yes, WebYep is fine for uploading pdfs and adding text, and as for what’s best for you, that would probably change with every job. Personally, and I’m not a huge website builder, I’m really an illustrator, WebYep has been more than enough for me, and between this forum and Max, there’s a great team of support for you.
Another point to remember is that WebYep is extremely simple to use. Walter is going to have his Inlay CMS soon, and I gather that could be very user friendly, although a paid subscription. I’ve never used any other, so other people may chip in with their experiences.

One of several. I’m using http://pulsecms.com which does everything I need and is a breeze to implement. In the near future Walter will release a completely new CMS, http://inlay.io, together with a suite of actions.
There are any number of CMS that will allow you to do this however you really need to evaluate this on a per job basis as Client understanding and needs vary dramatically.
Pulse works for me but WebYep is a good bit of kit too.
