Version 3.8 of Intaglio mentions a new feature.
“Convert bitmap images to vector paths (with a free plugin).”
Would like some details and a URL for the plugin.

same here, although my understanding is this list is rather for users than for the Intaglio team - try asking them directly?
They are very reactive indeed. If you learn something do report here

When you go menu->object->convert->Bitmap to path (don´t know the English terms as I´m running a localized version here) you´ll be redirected to the website+installation source.
(I´find the autotracer quite limited as it just traces one color at the time which you will have to determine by yourself.)
I use other autotracer.

Thanks Frank!
I did the way you describe and indeed reach the adjustment panel, including with an actual preview of what will be traced, but when I click OK nothing happens, and the otiginal image comes back unchanged. I did quit Intaglio then restart, and also retried installing the plugin (Intaglio then tells me it’s already here) but for now… nothing more…

Seems a rehash of Cocoapotrace.app from Peter Selinger (©2005) to me. I´m not getting any useful output of it either.
Cheers
