Convert .swf to .mov

Is there an app that will convert a Flash 6 swf video file to .mov or
other YouTube-friendly format? The swf audio plays much too fast on YT
so I was told (doing this for a friend).

Snapz ProX is a possibility - if you have it. Not a direct converter but an option.

Just tried it and it works quite well - certainly easily good enough quality for YT

Found a solution on how to convert SWF to MOV, MP4 from techsmith’s feedback:

Now I easily convert SWF to MOV, MP4, AVI, OGV, WebM after I read this article which informs me what’s SWF format and how to decode SWF to MP4, MOV, AVI, FLV, WMV etc and encode MP4 to SWF, MOV to SWF, AVI to SWF, etc. Love it
