CR/LF Line-endings

Hi everyone
I know this probably sounds really dimboish but does anyone know how I change the line ending from CR type to LR Unix type
I want to set a page with Unix (LF) line endings and its coming out as Classic Mac (CR) where is the adjustment on that!!!
