The site overall works nicely design wise. This is perhaps a problem with what you were given to work with but on quite a few of the pages there seems to be a little too much text - it could do with being broken up by some images too.
and I think the same goes for overall site, a few more images just to jazz it up a bit. Apart from that looks good, and like the store!
I totally agree w the too many words… I was thinking of an accordion so that it does not look too much - but yet people get the info -what do you think?
Images - we can do that.
Thanks again
I will post w changes

I agree with the above comment. You need some images to help the pages flow. Too much reading is a turn off for a lot of people.
I tried to submit a question on your contact page but whatever I entered took me to the error page !
Thank you.
It worked when I tested it but I will check it again.
I agree also w the words… Maybe I will do an accordion with drop
Down info
WhT do you think?

Just tried it again with all the fields filled -and it went to the success page.
Here is a question for all:
how do I mark the specific fields needed (behind the scenes) so if all the want to give is name and email they can?
Thank you

Your validation procedure checks for a correct email address.
This is why my test failed earlier !
You need to remove the validation checks for the fields that you don’t mind if people don’t complete. Only have validation for the fields you definitely require.
