CSS Menu DropDown

Hi FreewayWorld,

I`m actually working on that site:

http://www.kuechenprofis-bw.de/design.php

It`s a boxmodel and on the upper right, I´d like to have a css menu with some dropdowns (Item: Küchen, there is the small orange line what it should be).

Now the problem as you can see is, that the dropdown is cut off by the upper container in what the menu is placed.

Is there any chance to make the dropdown(s) visible under the standpoint of box in a box architecture standpoint or did I miss here something?

Thanks for your help in advance

Is the menu within the box model? I normally have my menu positioned as a layer by itself and at the top of the stack.

Hi Nathan,

yes indeed - sorry, should name it “inline-boxmodel”.

Of course it they work as a layered item, but let`s call it forbidden to have layers in that architecture standpoint. So I hoped of some workaround or maybe Dan could flash some light on?
