css menu issues / ?

Hi Julie
You must be working on the site because there is no CSS menu on the
page you sent the link for!
And sorry - no - the menu goes down not up
Do you remember that I suggested a different layout before to
accommodate this http://deltadzine.net/grdesign/tlc.html
It avoids the problem of navigation being lost at the bottom -
especially if some pages are longer than others.
And is more conventional as people expect to find it at the top or
the left.
I am not saying yours is wrong, but viewers are put off by the
unexpected or unusual.

Good afternoon All!

I am now now working on tlcs website again… now that my companies is
95% - also I am on a deadline for this.

I am practicing a css menu… YES you are all right this is easier
and nicer… But I have 2 issues going… which are probably basicly
easy fixes.
here is the link to the page this css menu

http://grassrootsweb.net/tlc/infantroom.html

my 2 issues are:

  1. the sub menu is going down … cna I get it to go up?

also when I hover over childcare programs - to have the submenu pop
(which it does) how do i get it to stay in place so you can click on
the the submenu’s choices…

Thank you for your help in advance

Julie
