CSS Menu Problem, Desperate, Please Help

Hi I am designing a web page for school. I have a CSS menu on the far left and a html box to the right of the CSS menu with text, which includes a list of instructors. These lists have hyperlinks to the instructor pages. However, when I view in browser, the first four or five hyperlinks (those to the immediate right of the CSS menu) DO NOT WORK! I am not sure why this is. Please help! Thanks!

Make sure both items are layers (check the option in the Inspector) and bring the item with the links to the front by pressing Command + (or selecting Bring to Front from the Item menu).

That should fix it.

Hi Joe, both items are layers. For the item to the right of the CSS menu, I have tried html boxes, CSS boxes. When I bring the left vertical menu to the front, it (and their respective submenus), it works fine. However, the hyperlinks in the html/CSS box to the immediate right of the CSS menu can not be selected. The only thing that does work is to move the html box about 200px further to the right, then everything works. However, stylistically this is not a good option. I currently do not have a URL (I am waiting a URL, username, password, etc. from my school, which may take a few days). I am new to all of this, is there a free or inexpensive URL that I could post this so that you may take a look? Thanks again for all of your help!
Cheers,
Glenn
