The text in a CSS menu item appears outside the box. This includes a single item list. I’ve tried everything I can think of. Makes no sense to me why this would be so.
(Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere but I haven’t been able to find it.)

I just discovered that this is not a CSS thing (although I’ve had headaches with positioning text with CSS menus before) but when I create a plain HTML text box within a container, the text is inexplicably placed outside the box.
