Sure, easy enough. All you’d have to do is open the video file in Quicktime Player and then goto File and choose Export and then select Movie To Quicktime Movie from the drop-down and then select Options and uncheck the Audio box and then click OK and then name the file to whatever you want (make sure you don’t save over the original) and then click OK and it’ll export it.

Actually, that means you’re recompressing the video content, which is
not really the best idea. Instead, just open in in QuickTime Player,
choose Window > Show Movie Properties, then select the sound track in
the list and click the Delete button. Save, and you’re done.
