Dynamically sized images

On the website (http://www.37signals.com) there is a yellowish box with big text and it seems to span the entire width of the page no matter how much I resize my browser window. Does anyone know how can I achieve this in Freeway Pro? Thanks.

This particular element is done using a tiling background image. Try
making a new page, set it to Align: none. Draw an HTML box on the
page, in the Width field of the Inspector, change the width to 100%.
Give the box a background color, and preview the page in a browser.
You will see that the box flexes to the width of the page.

Now 37s use a nice little gradient at the top and bottom of the box,
and then center a block of graphic text inside the larger HTML box.
So let’s do that:

Click inside your HTML box so you see a flashing text cursor. (From
the main menu) Insert / Graphic Item. Click on it, drag it out to be
large enough to do your text, then click inside of it and type your
graphic text. Click back into the HTML box so you have a flashing
text cursor next to the image, and set the text alignment to Center.

Make an image in Photoshop or similar that is 25px wide x the height
of your desired box. Add a tasteful gradient to either end. Make sure
you constrain that gradient to exactly 90° so the image can tile
horizontally without any artifacts. Save the image as a GIF or JPEG
at 72ppi.

Click on your HTML box, then the paintbrush in the Inspector, and
assign your image to the background of the box. Set it to tile
horizontally.

Preview, and thank your personal supreme deity that your speaking
voice is nicer than David Heinemeier Hensson’s.

Walt…Thank you IMMENSELY - I feel a little stupid though because all I see for Width’s are pixel definitions and nowhere to say “100%” Am I missing something?
