E-Commerce Action Suite - Radio Button Cluster

Having similar/same problem:

Please. I am desperate! (and ready to give up)

Purchased and using Mal’s Ecoomerce Suite with Freeway Pro 5.3.2

I have been working for 6 hours trying to correct a “Link verification error”.

I made a form in Freeway with Mal’s Buy Form Setup action applied, the form contains a Mal’s Multiprice Select Action menu and a text field with Mal’s Quantity Field/Checkbox/Radio action applied and lastly, a simple submit button. That’s it.

When I preview the form in a browser, select something from the pop-up menu, enter a quantity in the text field, then hit the Submit button, I get a error warning in a new window that says: “ERROR: Link verification failed”.

I triple checked that I have the right Mal’s server (ww12.aitsafe.com) and the correct User ID. I also made sure the Verifying Links option is not checked in the Cart Setup in my Mal’s account.

I even went as far as creating a new account at Mal’s with a Payment Password that is exactly 6 characters long, which I read was a solution for another user who had the same Link verification problem.

Please help, losing faith (and $$$) fast… :frowning:

Hey David,
Thank you for replying. Yes, I sent a the same message to Tim directly about a hour ago, but don’t know if I will get a response. He is in England and 6 hours ahead of me in the USA on top od a Holiday weekend. I was excited that I had a 3-day weekend to finally get my site done. I’ve had problems with Freeway and actions before, but this one take the cake… BIG TIME. I’ve had it.

Is Tim good about getting back to inquiries in a timely manner? I hope so, because I am in a real jam with this. Can’t move forward and losing opportunity ($$$).

Tim works for Microsoft at the Borg hive in Washington state. So he’s a west coast time guy now.

Yes he is good at responding and under normal circumstances you would expect to hear back quickly. But - it is, as you say, a holiday weekend…

Can we see the page in question and maybe be able to offer a workaround meantime.

It’s comforting to know that you guys responded. Of course, time is of the essence and I am beside myself because of this problem.

Thanks for picking up on this while I was away. I’ve been running
around all day and am only catching up on mails now at 11pm on
Saturday night.
John, please contact me directly and let me know if the mail I sent to
you earlier tonight helps at all. If not fire me over a Freeway file
and I’ll take a deeper look.
