Possibly a corrupt image file, or a corrupt reference to the original
file. Try this (if it will let you). Save the file, then open Edit /
Resources. Click on the button near the bottom labeled Resample All.
Then try publishing again.

I just deleted the problem page and re-built it and it was fine - the was a problem with an image file for the page - even the Finder couldn’t see it - used another copy - thanks!
