Hi folks! Going round and round on this one, played with different actions (mootools, etc.) and just can’t seem to get it to happen. Please forgive, similar questions have been been discussed on these boards numerous times but I can’t seem to track a satisfactory answer to my question specifically and with instructions: I have several small photos on a page that I want to grow larger by merely mousing over them (not clicking). Here is a link to iStock where an example of what I would like to do is demonstrated, exactly:

I have the latest version of FW Express. Do I need to upgrade to Pro to accomplish this? And what action do I need and how exactly do I accomplish this. Many thanks, Marcos

It would certainly be much easier in Pro using the Target show/hide layer action.
Example http://www.deltadesign.co/fw_examples/rollover.html - roll over the ‘D’ to get an HTML layer to appear which can contain any content.

Hi Delta Dave. Can the Target show/hide layer action, although easier done in FW Pro, still be achieved using FW Express? I followed your example but could not get the desired rollover action to work (which is surely operator error on my part). In your example, I mouse over the grapic C, and a paragraph appears below, this is what I want to achieve. Specifically, I want to mouse over a small photo, and have a larger photo appear above it. I have the two photos (small and medium) in my media folder, have targeted them, in the actions/parameter panel, but no luck. I’m afraid I need just a tad more specific instruction. Thanks for you help, Marcos

No - there are no layers in Express. You would have to use images ie graphic text and the Target show/hide image action. I think Express has that.
