is there a way to increase the view size of both the html text on a webpage and the graphics when clicking command + on your keyboard (i’m on a mac)? Ex: when I click command + only the text becomes larger, not the graphics.

I’m assuming you’re talking about viewing in a browser?
The latest Safari public beta has the ability to choose whether or not
graphics are enlarged along with text, as, I think, does Firefox. It’s
not that good an idea though, as if everything gets bigger at the same
rate, you won’t be able to tell whether your site breaks when someone
ups the text size in their browser, and this is one of the things it’s
important to check when you’re designing—during the design process
it’s always a good idea to preview in a browser and hit Apple + a
couple of times to check that text that gets bigger doesn’t overflow
into an image or other text below. It’s amazing how many people are
unaware of this stumbling block. So the answer as far as I can see is:
yes, it’s available, but you shouldn’t use it because if you do,
you’re stopping the browser telling you that your site is actually
broken.
